Meetings
Club nights are held at 7-30pm on the 2nd Monday of a month except December and January. Meetings are held at the North Otago Search and Rescue Headquarters (SAR), 1 Severn St Oamaru. Entrance is behind the Oamaru stone wall the first on the left from Thames Street.
Past trips are reported, coming trips are announced, and topics of interest are discussed.
Supper duty members please bring a bottle of milk and a tea-towel.
There is usually a guest speaker or trainer.

Guest Speaker
Our meetings usually include a guest speaker. We try to have speakers who have been to out of the way places or who have had unique travel experiences either here or around the world. These talks are usually accompanied by photos or vidios with the aid of our data screen projector.
We also have information nights on gear and equipment, and other specialty speakers to do with tramping and mountaineering.

Equipment
The Club has some resources available for members to use.
We have a data projector for showing photos and videos from your USB flash drive or CD / DVD. SAR Headquarters has a TV screen that a computer can be directly plugged into.
We also have a carousal projector for slides, and a screen.
